Shipping and Delivery
It is our goal to get all orders out as quickly as possible and the majority are taken to the shipper within 48 business hours after receipt. All orders will be filled no later than 7 business days after receipt. If for any reason an order cannot be filled within 7 days you will be notified by email of the reason for the delay and an expected ship date. The item will be sent via the shipping method you selected when placing the order.

We respect your desire for privacy and security and we maintain physical and electronic safeguards to protect your personal information including prayer requests, cardholder data, or any other financial/personal information. To ensure your personal information is secure, this website is using a secure server and all supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider database which is only accessible by those authorized with special access righs to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We never sell, lease, trade or otherwise dispense of any of your personal information. None of our database information is publicly accessible and can only be accessed by those authorized by Cecil and Lisa Paxton Ministries to further the donor/partner relationship with this ministry. Anyone subscribing to our video devotionals or newsletter email distribution lists will begin receiving them on a periodic basis and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Returns and Replacements
We guarantee all our teachings and will replace any defective item or any item damaged in transit free of charge. Refunds are also available and are handled on a case-by-case basis. For replacement or refund information, please contact us in any of the ways listed below.
